33rd Winter Colloquium on The Physics of Quantum Electronics

The 33rd Winter Colloquium on the Physics of Quantum Electronics was held January 5-9 2003. The conference honored the 2003 recipients of the Willis E. Lamb medal for Laser Science and Quantum Optics: Leon Cohen, Michael Feld, and Herschel Rabitz.
