Registration Fee – PQE-2009

Please note that all participants are expected to pay the registration fee. This is necessary because the conference is only supported by the registration fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Prepaid registration fee: $375 before deadline (see below).
Registration fee paid after deadline: $425.

You can pay online, by check, or at the conference.

• Online Payments — Deadline December 20 &mdash we accept online payments through PayPal.

  IMPORTANT — Read this: You do not need to have an account with PayPal, nor do you need to set one up. If you have an account you can use it, but you do not need one. To pay with a credit card, simply click the Pay Now button below. This will take you to a secure form on the PayPal web site. If you are paying for someone else, there will be a place to enter their name on the “Review your payment” page. Look for a link labeled “Leave a note for PQE”. We are sorry, but you your web browser must accept cookies from www.paypal.com for this to work.
